We have been a Testing Center for SHE, Microsoft, and other IT related Exams/ Certification/Tests over 10+ years. Ways to show your skills are at specialist or expert levels and globally recognized. There is a test and proctor fee for most tests, unless they were donated to our non-profit. What better way to demonstrate that your skills are up to date and have documentation of your abilities.
We provide youth training in multi-media, computers, and eBooks. Our youth training are routinely during Spring Break and Summer months and on weekends for special groups requesting services. Learn how to build a computer and use exciting software. We serve ages 7 years to 18 years old in our youth programs with fun activities and educational activities and training programs.
We provide technology training on or with Cellphones, Tablets, Laptops and Desktop Computers in various software (i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/ PowerPoint/Access/Outlook; Google Docs/Forms; PDF; and others). We specialize in training for seniors, disabled, unemployed, veterans, prison re-entry, and those needing additional skills or beginner basics in all types of technology topics (.i.e. mouse usage, 10-Key, shortcut keys, etc.)

Business Technology support is only a phone call away for local non-profits within the city of Lansing, Michigan. You must be a small non-profit and/or association to receive these services for little or no cost, dependent upon your budget or the clientele you serve being low-income residents of Michigan. Need help creating business forms or training support staff. Look no further, we are ready willing or able to help under funding received to assist 4 businesses annually or 1 per quarter. You must be a small business enterprise or governmental agency in order to receive services at our facility. However, we are always willing, ready and able to develop a training program for your staff at your location, along with a train the trainer or computer lab if needed! Online Training and available.

Learn how to maneuver with ease with an input device/mouse. Master selecting, dragging, hovering, and clicking around in documents, internet and on your computer screen. Pretty soon you'll be mousing around.
Short for electronic mail, e-mail or email is information exchange of messages between people using electronic computing devices. Learn essentially the basics to starting sending email messages, along with attachments.
You will learn to create, save, format edit, and print works in a word-processing environment like flyers, resumes, cover letters and much more. You will practice in Word and other programs to get comfortable with documents.
Learn and practice your touch typing skills. Take typing tests for speed and accuracy. Utilize top 10 short cut keys. The key to keyboarding will help you keep your hands on the keyboard for computer input.
A crash course on what you need to know about Google docs and some fund Google apps/programs. You will create letters, simple spreadsheets, and presentations for letters, budgets, and displaying info in slides.
You will create a stand alone presentations that will includes pictures, video, sound, music or digital representations for a multimedia project that looks professional and engaging.
