 Current participation in one or more of the following programs:

• Medicaid
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) - Food Assistance
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) aka Family Independence Program
• The State Emergency Relief (SER) and Home Heating Credit (HHC) portions of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
• Veteran Status
• Senior Citizen proof of age is over 62 1/2
• Disability Status
• Tribal Affiliation
• Section 8 or HUD Housing recipient or resident
• FASFA/college federal financial aid Pell Grant recipient
• School Lunch Free or Reduced Lunch Program

* All plans Closing The Digital Gap (CTDG) directly enroll participants in are unlimited per carrier/provider, along with referrals we make for WiFi in efforts to bridge the digital gaps in computer ownership, repairs and internet access in our respective service areas and those contacting us for services, equipment, internet and training during COVID-19 and Summer/Fall 2020.   

The WiFi/Wireless 4G LTE services are unlimited your purchased device.  Your utilized data plan subject to the carrier/provider network management policies for unlimited LTE for participants, so as 95% of carriers/provides out there subject to provider/carrier terms and conditions that prior to and at activation participants are made aware of.  This is subject to change without prior notices, however you may request us in writing to notify you if the service changes from unlimited by carrier/provider definition prior to renewals of internet service or you need to ask for the terms and conditions or read the terms and conditions currently in affect at time of order or within 7 days of receipt as included with any internet service invoice and or receipt.  Note:  CTDG is acting as either a resellers of service/equipment and/or enrollment partners/collaborators and are not a telecommunication or cable service provider.  

There is a 7 day refund policy for internet related services or equipment and prospective participants are informed first about lifeline programs, Comcast and AT&T low-income programs before they are considered for what we promote, we strive to be an alternative or mobile solutions when other providers/carriers are not able to service the person or the person is looking for another choice.   There may be a warranty available for some equipment, please ask at time of ordering or referral.
