In light of the past and recent executive order(s) regarding COVID-19 or the Coronavirus on Monday March 23, 2020 and during April 2020 by Michigan's Governor the offices of Closing The Digital Gap (CTDG) will be closed to the general public until on or after May 1, 2020.  We will be operating by phone, email an extreme case-by-case basis for an equipment pick-up and/or shipping appointment, along with assessments for internet service to work or learn at home.  We are continuing ALL courses online for those who wish to participate.  Please email:  ctdginbox@gmail.com  to receive course long in codes/passwords and links to webinars, video training, or online one-on-one or group training via internet.  You may call our offices, but due to high call volume and staff shortages you may experience long delays in reaching someone or getting an immediate response that could be handled quicker through email.

CTDG has been monitoring the COVID-19 situation weekly, while trying to follow guidance from the CDC, local, state and federal regulations, along with our President's and or Governor's Executive Orders currently in place since March and April 2020.

CTDG is a technology organization with a lot of electronic equipment and supplies that may be needed, essential or useful during this remote work, online education and stay at home orders in place.  We can not risk having any of our staff or board or officers or partners exposed to COVID-19 for non-essential needs.

CTDG will continue to reassess and readjust, as necessary in the coming weeks, but as unanimously decided by our office executives, board and officers, CTDG cannot accommodate general requests to enter our offices or suites or interact face-to-face with our staff, until after our governor's executive orders or our CDC recommendations/guidelines have been lifted in order for us as a business to reduce any types of exposure to health, safety, property, environment, or persons.
